Lets are weekly –Sat to Sat.

Electricity, bedlinen and towels are provided, and included within the weekly charge.

A deposit of one third is payable on booking if booked more than 8 weeks in advance of the letting period. Please make cheques payable to Clare Harper at the address below.

For bookings less than 8 weeks in advance the full charge is payable on booking.

There is no smoking in the cottage, and we regret no pets.

Period of hire – normally 4pm on day of arrival until 11.00 on day of departure.

Cancellations. If made by the client, a full refund will be made if we are able to re-let the property for the period. If this is not possible, the deposit will be retained.

The number of people occupying the cottage should not exceed the number of beds.

Replacement or remuneration is requested in the event of any damage or breakage. Please let us know.

The client shall take reasonable and appropriate care of the property and all equipment, furniture and fittings, leaving the property in the same clean and tidy condition as when the letting period commenced.

The owners shall have no liability for personal injury, accident, loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, unless this arises from the owner’s negligence.
